Atal Incubation Centre — Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies (AIC-KUFOS) was established in 2019 under the Department of Science & Technology's Atal Innovation Mission, hosted at KUFOS — India's first dedicated fisheries university.

Located in Panangad, Kochi — one of India's most significant maritime and seafood export hubs — AIC-KUFOS sits at the intersection of deep academic expertise, rich marine biodiversity, and a thriving startup culture.
